Exchanges:
We know you are going to enjoy your hair because we are true industry hair stylist who have done the testing for you and only sell premium quality 100% Human Virgin Hair. If you picked the wrong texture within three (3) days of the date that you received your order and we’ll provide a hassle-free exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on packages that have been opened or tampered with.

Returns
If you're not completely happy with your purchase prior to installation we will provide a refund on hair that have not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within three (3) days of the date that you receive your order.

You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored. Returns & exchanges can only be completed via mail, not in store.

Why are Karma Black Hair Extensions Non-returnable if unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with? Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For the safety of all customers, we cannot allow opened items to be returned. This is a common practice with hair extensions suppliers.
